Milestone in Turkey
Since April 2024, Buss-SMS-Canzler has been collaborating with the new sales partner Enrec in Turkey.
After an impressively short period, we are proud to announce our first joint success: In May 2025, we signed our first contract together.
The project is located in Izmir OSB, one of the country’s most prominent and modern industrial zones. It represents a significant milestone in our international growth strategy.
The installation will feature our proven horizontal thin film dryer NDS-4000, designed to dry 40 tons of dewatered sewage sludge per day to a dry solids content of 85% DS.
We are particularly pleased to have won this project in a highly competitive environment. This success highlights our high competence in this field as well as Enrec’s strong market presence and confirms the excellent start of our partnership.
Positive outlook
Several follow-up activities are already planned, including:
- Workshops with regional stakeholders
- Reference visits to the new installation
With Izmir OSB, we now have a second high-profile reference site in Turkey, alongside our existing project in Inegöl OSB.
As the Turkish market increasingly aligns with European environmental standards and sustainable waste management principles, we see excellent prospects for future development.
